Thinking Craftsman Healthy Project Checklist

Sometime back I shared a Healthy Software Project Checklist on LinkedIn that I had put together from my own project experiences. It was meant to help teams strengthen their existing audit processes and spot early signs of trouble.

I realized the checklist needed an update - specifically around how teams can make practical, effective use of "coding agents". The industry is still figuring out the right models, workflows, and prompts, process and practice changes so the guidance will continue to evolve. But I’ve added several new points to the checklist to help teams start using coding agents thoughtfully and get real value from them.
